Whats the difference between baby wipes and wetted tissues for wiping your bum?

I meant why do adults buy baby wipes for themselves to use and not a baby.

the baby wipes often have a baby powder smell, and they are larger, because babies bums get messy. if you are buying adult wipes, make sure that you get wipes that are flush-able. otherwise, you run the risk of clogging the toilet when you flush them, and a plumber is expensive.
