I bought the baby crib a month ago, I already installed it. I put on airy place, but the smell still so strong. I tried to clean with the wet towel (not so wet) too.
Is anybody has experience to eliminate the smell?

We can get him to sleep no problem in the swing or when he’s tired in our arms but he won’t close his eyes and fall asleep in his crib on his own. We have Baby Einstein playing softly in the background (as usual), but no matter how tired (and cranky) he is, he just lays there and rolls around. Please help.

My wife and I are moving across the country less than two months after we have our first child. We are considering buying a portable crib or a bassinet instead of a regular crib for the first couple of weeks.

When we went to look at portable cribs, the mattress seemed pretty flimsy compared to the regular cribs. Would it be safe for a newborn to sleep in a portable crib for that long? Should be try to find something with a firmer mattress –like a bassinet or a regular crib?

my friend has the sweetest cat & she just wants to love on the baby, but they cant get her to stop jumping into his crib or what ever she has him laying in, if she turns her back for a minute. they love the cat, but shes gonna have to go if they cant figure something out.
