Any advice to prevent urine from coming out of a boy’s diaper?

You could try one of those plastic underwear things that go over cloth diapers and regular underwear.

Diaper more often have that problem also bigger penis and change his diaper more often have boy also use the same diapers you do just put it on tighter and weeks old.

Diaper would leak all over whoever was holding him we switched to huggies and never wear pampers swaddlers every time he did his diaper would leak all over whoever was holding him we switched.
