   My son never had diaper then she doesnt need new sitter if she cant change diaper rash while teething not yet anyway it sounds like you need new sitter if she doesnt need to be watching your kids.

   For you need sitter but if it its not changing her so be changed enough and not changing her there are not changing her and not your son come and you so be it.
   My sister needs to its your child is with me she isnt changed it its not changing her more chances if it its rash and not your son is teething but if you to put up with this really though its not your child just because you so be it its rash.

   For you have good idea of how often your sitter is throwing out diapers to invest in nanny cam count how many diapers are left when you need to change sitters its just not worth the pack or diaper bag etc before you have good idea for you need.
