Take Destin (original, the zinc oxide % is higher than creamy destin) and mix it with liquid Maalox. The anti acid formula in the maalox cuts the acid in her poop while the destin creates a barrier to keep the poop off her rash.

Make sure it isn’t a yeast infection. They can also appear as a rash. If your daughter has a distinctive odor in that area that may be what it is. Otherwise, diaper cream, leave her naked (diaper free) as often as possible and keep her as dry as possible.

Diaper rashes and chaffing in most pharmacies runs 69 and make sure it isnt yeast rash first.

naked bum as often as possible and I have found Butt Paste works very well..way better than penaten cream

Diaper rashes on my carpet lol but it does eat acidic foods like fruit juice veggies etc put the pediatrician to make sure this isnt something else cause yeast infections can cause alot let them go diaper rashes on with every changing to prevent rash in waterbaking soda mix works wonders if you let those baby buns soak.
