How do you change a diaper on imagine babysitters?

Ok I got the Imagine babysitters ds game for christmas but its so hard! Every time I have to change the baby’s diaper it doesn’t give me enough time to pull the flaps so the baby gets mad and i cant move on because i didn’t succeed the changing the diaper part! Can anyone help me?

   When the little circle turns green, put your stylus on it and move it the direction the arrow is pointing to.
