How much would you pay for a diaper cake?

I would take the cost of the supplies and then add what you think would be a fair labor cost to it. You can buy economy boxes of diapers for $20-$30 figure the cost per diaper and then add the cost of the different toys.
Personally, I wouldn’t pay more than $30 for a diaper cake because you can find the directions to make them yourself online and add your own personal touch. The convince of someone making it for me would be nice, though.

I’ve seen them go anywhere from 20-25 dollars all the way up to over 200 dollars on eBay. It really depends on what is included in the cake and how decorative you get with it. One thing that you could do is get on eBay and find something similar to what you have in mind to make and then watch a few of them to see what they sell for.

At the most $20, because I think that any higher of a price I could just make one myself. Other people sell them for about $30-$80 for them (depending on size).

Well, you’d have to add up the cost of making them, and decide how much profit you’d want to make off of it.
