what is the best and thickest adult diaper available in the world?

i am currently wearing a “tena slip” in a super absorbency and i can wet it 3 times before it starts to leak. i do need a thicker diaper though as i spend alot of time in bed and lying down. do you know what the THICKEST adult diaper available in the world is?
also where can i purchase plastic pants in australia (but not online)?

   Use the Depends brand—that’s what they use in all the hospitals and nursing homes.

   I see this often in the nursing profession.
   What is commonly done, is not go after a thicker diaper, as that become bulky and still has wetness to it, but rather add a double diaper. When the inner one is wet, that can be slipped off easily, and the backup takes over.

   Try EuroBrief, Abena X-Plus, or Bambino, those are the top 3 I have ever found. I personally use the Abena due to price and availability. Good Luck, and by the way, the diaper doubles don’t work nearly as well as the 3 diapers mentioned.
