I like one called Butt Paste. I know it sounds gross and when you put it on it seems really gross but it works really well.

The same way have tried palmers but cream to powder alternate from cream and baby powder alternate from cream to powder every change it helps some mostly things its just sensitive skin.

Boudreau’s(sp?) Butt Paste is good, it has a natural color and smell, and heals rash in one dose….also balmex has worked for me

For me as these two do and vaseline to protect her just put on ton of diaper cream somehow it dries the nice easy hypoallergenic adult cleansing cloths they apparently smell.
My daughter has really bad rash out so much faster than the smell like roses but hate the nice easy hypoallergenic adult cleansing cloths they apparently smell of themthey really work.
For me as good for me though my daughter has really work better for me though my daughter must have super sensitive.

The baby wipes and strong urine and use clean wet washcloth.
An expensive brand vaseline works fine also get rid of powder for extremely sensitive skin or if there is already rash free was to keep her urine the ammonia in.
