How much effort does pushing a jogging stroller add to running?
Baby Strollersdelia asked:
Just wondering, as a percentage, how much more effort is added to your workout by running pushing a jogging stroller vs. running solo. My conservative guess is an additional 5%, a more generous guess would be an additional 15%. Does anyone know?

It really depends on what oyu run, if its flat I would agree with %5, maybe %10 because of the fact you cant swing your arms properly and have to steer.
Going Up Hill will increase this percentage as well as going downhill. It added 3 minutes to my 5K, so thats 1 extra minute a mile during a race that went up and downhills with trails.
