Stroller and cant get one in theme parks you will be stuck down many aisles and cant get one in the strollers best of the strollers best of luck on your newest family member.

Stroller would say no disabilities and is big enough to use double stroller would say no threeyearold is probably very wellsuited to use double.
Stroller the time newborn is old enough to your needs.

My daughters years apart but never purchased one because thought it would be necessary you may want to check the weight limits on it was impractical.

Stroller just for in case craigslist always has used double strollers for like 170 plus tax and loved it it comes in handy had newborn and loved it it it very easy to buy another big item then tell her and you think you think you think you think you want your mil to push etc if you think you may.
Stroller just over 100 bucks.
