What is the best double stroller to buy for a 12 month old and a newborn?

I would get the joovy big caboose, it has room for your newborn, your 12 month old and a place to sit or stand for your 3 year old.

The Joovy big caboose is great, just be aware that thing is BIG (even for a double), if you have a small car you might not be able to get it in the trunk, but it really is ideal for the ages of your kids.
Failing that I would go with a front-back tandem with a ‘kid board’ attached for your 3 year old to ride on.

Search double stroller on ebay. Its cheaper and you could find some nice strollers there.
