Know of a twin stroller that can hold a standing toddler on the back?

I have an 18 month old who hates to sit in a stroller, and am expecting twins. My sister has a single stroller that can hold her 3 year old standing on the back, so I am hoping that this exists for twin strollers too. Help!

How do you know when your baby is ready for an umbrella stroller?

My 5 month old can hold his head up steady but isn’t able to sit up unassisted yet. Is it only safe for a baby to sit in an umbrella stroller only after he/she is able to sit up on his own? I have seen some umbrella strollers that recline back pretty far and was wondering if one of these would do damage to his developing spine. This will be my first stroller for him.

When is it socially unacceptable to push your older kids in a stroller?

I plan on taking my almost 7 yr old child to a large mall that is very far away from where we live. Since I plan to shop many hours, she tends to get whiny because she eventually wants to sit down. I still have a stroller - does this seem a little too extreme? It doesn’t seem socially acceptable, but I just don’t know what else to do other than find a wheelchair or take frequent sit-down breaks!!!!! She really wants to go too.
